And you are right, it doesn't get as humid here as it does pretty much anywhere in the US. However, I've never before had to deal with humidity without being able to escape into central air conditioning everywhere I went. It may not be as humid, but it is MUCH worse here. Ha ha. We're supposed to get up to around 34°C today and tomorrow with a thunderstorm on Friday to cool things off a bit. It's the humidity that gets me too - last week it was awful. The J Lair?? However, it still never gets anywhere close to the humidity levels I lived with in Chicago for so many years. It definitely cools off enough at night so that sleeping is not a problem.
