In honor of the elections here in Germany today, I’m posting my results from the Wahl-o-mat.
What is a Wahl-o-mat?
A website on which you respond to a series of statements/questions and then it tells you what German political party you agree with the most.
I got a tie – 43% for both The Greens and The Left.

My top three were Piraten, MLPD and die Linke. I am constantly shocked to find out what a Pinko I am.

Although I’m not German, I did this test and found out that I should vote FDP 
Other choices were: Grüne, Piraten, Die Linke…

Piraten and FDP tied for first, then die Grünen and MLPD. Pretty good match for the better (pinkier, less green) half.

I got NPD. That’s unsettling. A good thing I didn’t go vote this year.

Sarah, Kamil and Cliff, welcome to the dark side.
Steffi, in the US we say that if you don’t vote, you can’t complain about the government since you didn’t actively participate in electing it.

J, I do not intend to complain. Abstention is also a manifestation of democracy (not that I am particulary proud of not having voted for the first time, but I had my reasons).
