Miami Beach
11TH STREET DINER - 11th and Washington - good food and the building is a dining car of a train, a bit price, but well worth it.
FLAMINGO CAFE - 15th and Washington - you can get an excellent breakfast for $3 here.
MOONLITE CAFFE - 15th and Washington - nice diner set in a great location for people watching. Prices are good, food is excellent, especially the Spaghetti Bolongese ($6).

CLOVER GRILL - 900 Bourbon St (French Quarter) The best burgers in town.
SAMMY'S RESTAURANT - approx the 600 block of Bourbon Street (French Quarter) - try the blackened chicken with red beans and rice
BETSY'S PANCAKE HOUSE - 2542 Canal (Midtown) - nice little diner (reminds me of Mel's Diner) with great (and inexpensive) food. They have breakfast and lunch specials.
